  • Attempt to bypass security controls or authentication

  • Vertex AI or other AI/ML services
  • Cloud SQL or Firestore
  • Cloud Logging and Monitoring

By using our Services, you acknowledge that:

  • Your data may be processed or stored on Google Cloud systems
  • Google Cloud may process data as required to operate its platform
  • Data may be transferred or stored in multiple geographic regions
  • Google Cloud’s security, compliance, and privacy controls apply

We do not grant you any rights to Google Cloud services directly.

 

AI, Automation, and Machine Learning Tools

Some Services use AI or automation, including:

  • AI‑generated content
  • Workflow automation
  • Data enrichment
  • Predictive or analytical models

You agree that:

  • AI outputs may be imperfect, incomplete, or require human review
  • You will not submit sensitive or regulated data unless explicitly required
  • You retain rights to your submitted content

We do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or fitness of AI outputs.

  • AI‑generated inaccuracies
  • Issues caused by third‑party providers, including Google Cloud
